it was a joyous celebration at M.O.D.A 's 1st anniverary ever since it's launch.
it's been a wild ride and it was through this event where i got to meet people
with similar interest and passion for the growing arts industry in singapore
i met photographers, stylist, designers, artists, magazine editors, bakers, dj
and even band members in this small yet exciting community
many are true and comfortable enough to bring about creations within collaborative efforts
amongst this little community
singapore was never an established states of the arts neither was it developing steadily
compared to the european and the american's art culture
living in this highly cosmopolitan city
i get to meet many other passionate individuals whom struggle to break away from cultural norms
to live for what they believe and live their dream as a creative personnel
many puts in significant amount of efforts in promoting arts culture every now and then
which will eventually bring about the importance of arts in the state of our city as time come
it is still on going and it will happen as i witness the beginnings during my lifetime

life as a fine-art students was never the same as to being cooped up in studio like settings
interactions and openness in conversations made creation easily accessible with team effort
