turning inwardly as the holiday arrive, away from all the projects

towards the final month of the year december 2013,
it's time for the body to recollect and unite with the soul
which have been pulled apart and stretched extensively through all
of our hard works of brainstorming and physical movement from place to place this year
giving the body the best rest it could have, plenty of water, sleep, exercising, healthy eating
most importantly breathing right, feeling present and alive at every moment
before rounding up this year 2013 and having a beautiful christmas ahead

today i manage to work on some of my personal profile, self portraits

sometimes going from spiritually to artistic with the edits
these are my essence towards each moment in life
be it feeling gloomy, sudden revelation, loathing in the dream-state
or exploding my ideas on my art, contradicting moments (doubts)..
it's basically an expression of my impression towards reality,
i recollect moments and manipulate with the now
a better transformation and representation from the actual
i will describe as expressionistic x impressionistic in style

a thought for some enriching life writings

i believe that compassionate action has to start with ourselves.
it is never about ignorance nor being selfish by turning inwards
it is an unconditional compassion for ourselves that leads
naturally to unconditional compassion for others
if we are willing to stand fully in our own shoes and never give up on ourselves,
then we will be able to put ourselves in the shoes of others and never give up on them

"The cycle of worldly suffering is mind turned outwardly, lost in its projections. The ending of suffering and great peace is mind turned inwardly, recognizing its nature"
